Carter Mummery
Owner/Director
Carter is the Owner/Director of NXTLVL Consulting and Excavation Ltd. a company founded out of Carter’s attention to quality of service provided, and passion for helping and giving back to the community. Carter started out his career in Civil Construction, quickly becoming a key and valuable member of the team based on his work ethic and drive to learn. Over the last 5 years, Carter has worked as a certified water operator and lead hand/foreman for a utility crew. This foundation of experience and knowledge was fundamental in supporting Carter to learn about various infrastructure work within the community, navigating complex water and sewer repairs, and most importantly working with the customer to ensure that they have a seamless and supported experience. Carter is extremely proud of the work NXTLVL does, and is committed to ensuring that the job is done right and the customers are satisfied.
Chris Mummery
Owner/ Director
Chris brings over 30 years of Civil construction and local government experience to the NXTLVL team. In 2022 Chris retired from the City of Kimberley where he spent over 35 years working in roles at the city. He served as a truck driver, equipment operator, utility operator, senior utility operator, utilities manager and lastly Senior Manager of Operations. Throughout this time Chris worked on many infrastructure repair and replacement projects as well as leading the City of Kimberley capital works program. This vast knowledge helps NXTLVL be prepared to tackle any project with expertise, professionalism and the know how to get it done to the level you expect and deserve. Chris believes, quality and efficiency at the right price is essential for customers.
